Transformation Quality and Equity Advisory Committee (QEAC) on August 19,
2025, at 12:00 p.m. (PDT). During the QEAC meeting, committee members will
be able to collaborate and provide feedback on DHCS’s work to measure and
evaluate the quality and efficacy of behavioral health services and programs
