The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is pleased to hold the eighth
meeting of the Behavioral Health Transformation Quality and Equity Advisory
Committee (QEAC) on October 21, 2025, at 11 a.m. (PDT). During the QEAC
meeting, committee members can collaborate and provide feedback on DHCS’
ongoing efforts to measure and evaluate the quality and efficacy of
behavioral health services and programs in California. Please register using
