​​Managed Care Accountability Sets (M​CAS) / External Accountability Sets (EAS)

The Managed Care Accountability Sets (MCAS), previously known as the External Accountability Set (EAS), is a set of performances measures that DHCS selects for ​annual reporting by Medi-Cal managed care health plans (MCPs).

The MCAS/EAS is listed by the measures' reporting year, which reflects the prior calendar or measurement year's data (e.g. MCAS/EAS Reporting Year 2019 reflects services based on measurement year 2018 data.)

Behavioral Health Accountability Sets (BHAS)

​​The Behavioral Health Accountability Sets (BHAS) is a set of performance measures that DHCS selects for annual reporting by County Behavioral Health Plans (BHPs).

The BHAS is listed by the measures' reporting year, which reflects the prior calendar or measurement year's data (e.g. BHAS Reporting Year 2023 reflects services based on measurement year 2022 data.).
