These SPAs have been submitted, but not yet approved. The final versions may be subject to significant change.
- 23-0002 Proposes to permanently authorize this expansion to allow the population 'Aged 65 or older' to be covered by HPE.
- 23-0004 Proposes to adjust Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service (FFS) reimbursement rates for radiology services.
- 23-0009 Proposes to extend Medi-Cal eligibility to foster youth from any state who turned 18 years of age on or after January 1, 2023 so long as they otherwise meet the eligibility requirements of being under age 26, enrolled in Medicaid and exiting foster care at age 18 or older.
- 23-0031 Proposes to extend a time‑limited supplemental
payment program for qualifying non-hospital 340B community clinics.
- 23-0038 Proposes to update supplemental payments for hospital inpatient services.
- 23-0039 Proposes to update supplemental payments for hospital outpatient services.
- 23-0040 Proposes to adjust reimbursement
rates for the Prenatal Screening Program and Newborn Screening Program.
