Annual Progress Reports
As required by the Special Terms and Conditions (STCs) of California’s CalAIM 1915(b) Waiver, the State submits annual progress reports to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) no later than 120 days after the end of each demonstration year. These reports provide a comprehensive overview of waiver implementation, including updates on program activities, key accomplishments, and challenges encountered. They also include quantitative data on service utilization, case studies, narrative findings, and summaries of relevant policy and administrative developments. Each report helps demonstrate the State’s progress toward meeting the goals of the demonstration and informs ongoing program improvement efforts.
