Participants in the LEA BOP Quarterly Meetings (QM) represent school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, community colleges, university campuses, professional organizations representing LEA services, DHCS, and the California Department of Education. The LEA BOP QM provides a regular opportunity for participating LEAs and program partners to gather together, learn about program updates, and participate in a focused training on a program-specific topic. The emphasis of the QM is to strategize various goals and activities aimed at expanding Medi-Cal services on school sites, increasing student’s access to care, and facilitating appropriate federal reimbursement for providing services to students enrolled in Medi-Cal.
