​​​​​Stakeholder Hearing Information: Medi-Cal Enrollment Requirements and Procedures for Pharmacy Providers that Hold a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Certificate of Waiver​​

​On June 10, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) ​will hold a public hearing via webinar (advance registration required) to discuss the draft regulatory provider bulletin titled, "Medi-Cal Enrollment Requirements and Procedures for Pharmacy Providers that Hold a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Certificate of Waiver​​​." 

Stakeholders may submit questions and suggestions during the hearing. Written comments will be accepted on the day of the hearing until 5 pm. Based on public comments received, DHCS will publish the final bulletin on the Medi-Cal and DHCS​ websites. Changes will become effective on August 1, 2025.
