Advance Behavioral Health Prevention California
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) #22-033 to gather information and solicit input from Interested Parties with regard to the needs for Advance Behavioral Health Prevention California (ABHPC), a statewide substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD) prevention (Pv) training and technical assistance (TTA) program and capacity building services to support the Behavioral Health (BH) Pv workforce development, throughout California.
This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the State to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. DHCS asks willing Respondents to share nonbinding budgetary pricing information for each identified solution where requested. Pricing is only for planning purposes. Any pricing provided in a response to this RFI will not be considered an offer on the part of a Respondent.
