Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Fee Schedule
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) #23-014 to gather information and solicit input from Interested Parties with regards to the supply of providers (e.g., Local Educational Agencies (LEAs), public institutions of higher education) and payers with a set of support services that include 1) oversight and management of the school-linked behavioral health provider network (provider network), 2) claims administration and payment remittance for services rendered under the statewide multi-payer school-linked fee schedule (fee schedule), and 3) onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical assistance services for participating providers (e.g., LEAs, public institutions of higher education) and payers.
This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the State to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. DHCS asks willing Respondents to share nonbinding budgetary pricing information for each identified solution where requested. Pricing is only for planning purposes. Any pricing provided in a response to this RFI will not be considered an offer on the part of a Respondent.

Please use the instructions provided below to navigate to, and download, the RFI. All subsequent document releases for this RFI will also be made to the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal website. As noted on the PCD home page, it is highly recommended that all vendors wishing to contract with the State of California complete registration for the Cal eProcure/Fi$Cal system as it is the official location for RFP/IFB releases.
