The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to consulting groups or individual consultants that have an extensive background and experience in collection services for specified Medi-Cal members, with the ability to accept payments by mail, electronic methods (e.g., online portal, ACH), and wire transfer via-TransUnion.

This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the State to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.  DHCS asks willing Respondents to share nonbinding budgetary pricing information for each identified solution where requested. Pricing is only for planning purposes. Any pricing provided in a response to this RFI will not be considered an offer on the part of a Respondent.
