Please direct all general PASRR inquiries via email or by phone as follows: 

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) IT Service Desk hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. It is closed on weekends and state holidays. If calling, please leave a detailed message that includes your name, email address, your facility name, phone number, the PASRR Case Identification Number, if applicable, and other details on the nature of your call.

Please submit all PASRR Online System enrollment and Facility Approver Certification Appointment forms as follows:  

PASRR Online System enrollment and Facility Approver Certification Appointment forms will be processed Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requests will not be processed after business hours, weekends, or state holidays. For after-hours assistance with the PASRR Online System, please refer to the PASRR On Call Schedule​ under Contact with contact numbers to report emergencies regarding PASRR system outages. Please note assistance at this number will only be available outside of normal business hours (after 5PM on weekdays and on weekends), and on holidays.
