HPSM Performance Measures Reports by Age
Beginning with 2023 data, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) publishes Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) performance measures quarterly on a rolling 12 month basis. This methodology enables the reports to capture data by State Fiscal Year (SFY), Federal Fiscal Year (FFY), and Calendar Year (CY).
HPSM performance measures include Annual Dental Visit, Use of Preventive Services, Use of Sealants, and others. Each measure is comprised of beneficiaries with 90-days continuous eligibility.
