The purpose of this Letter of Intent Portal is to streamline the process of submitting an LOI to the DHCS Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)​. This portal contains an online LOI submission link and an interactive map that provides potential and existing PACE Organizations a visual to plan locations appropriately relative to the needs of each ZIP code, while simultaneously enabling oversight by DHCS.​​​​​​​​

Interactive Map
  • DHCS PACE Dashboard (arcgis.com)
    This interactive map suite gives visibility into the areas served by each PACE center, the concentration of centers in each zip code, a drive-time analysis layer, and the local counts of eligible Medi-Cal members. The DHCS PACE Dashboard Guide can be accessed by clicking the black arrow in the left border of the map screen.
