Cost Report Paradox
EXTENDED DUE DATE: Due to varying circumstances the cost report due date has been extended to
December 2, 2013, to submit the Year-End Certification form, DMC Settlement workbooks (excel) and Paradox Cost Report files per Health and Safety Code, Section 11758.46(j)(2). Information and details about submitting the county's cost report can be found in the Cost Report Release Letter.
DHCS must receive an original signed hard copy of the County Certification form.
CONTRACTUAL: Pursuant to the county contract Article V, Section C.,
Year End Cost Settlement Reports signed by county board of supervisors as well as the Health and Safety Code (HSC) Section 11758.46 (j)(2) Contractor shall submit to the State on
November 1, of each year, the following document(s) by paper and or electronic submission for the previous fiscal year:
- Document 2P - County Certification Year End Claim for Reimbursement
- Documents 2P(a)-(i) Drug Medi-Cal Settlement forms for services receiving DMC reimbursement (if applicable),
- Electronic program as prescribed by the State that contains the details cost report data
