Behavioral Health Medi-Cal County Customer Services
Medi-Cal County Customer Services (MedCCC) provides California's County Behavioral Health programs a single point of contact to assist with the Short Doyle Medi-Cal (SDMC) claims process. MEDCCC is available to answer questions and address issues related to the claiming and billing process for Specialty Mental Health and Drug Medi-Cal services.
Answer questions about Behavioral Health fiscal policies and procedures, including SDMC claims payment
Provide technical assistance with SDMC claims processing, including accurate and timely submission and processing of SDMC claims
Provide technical assistance with other SDMC billing and/or claim-related issues
Provide technical assistance with DHCS Application Portal Approver Certification
What Behavioral Health programs can expect when contacting MedCCC
