The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) displays monthly complaint resolution data for Cal MediConnect plans in accordance with Welfare and Institutions Code, Section 14182.17(e)(4)(E)(vii). The Complaint and Resolution Report is made up of external complaints pulled from the Complaints Tracking Module database and reported by the Cal MediConnect plans. The data captures 15 different complaint categories and measures how many complaints the plan resolved during the reporting month.
